With experience as both a vertical transportation consultant and elevator contractor project manager, I bring a comprehensive understanding of vertical transportation system design, construction, modernization, and maintenance management.

Throughout my career, I have developed deep industry expertise gaining firsthand knowledge of elevator systems, project management, and the critical factors that drive successful outcomes. My background allows me to navigate complex projects, anticipate challenges, and deliver solutions that add real value for building owners, architects, and developers. My representative projects include 66 Hudson Boulevard, flagship locations for Tiffany & Co. and Apple on Fifth Avenue, the redevelopment of 660 Fifth Avenue, and Harvard University's Enterprise Research Center Campus.
